Physician Practice Opportunities
Verde Valley Medical Center is pursuing a
vigorous physician recruitment program. We are searching for board
certified/board eligible physicians to join our active Medical Staff,
currently comprised of 90 physicians who provide services to a population of
more than 60,000 people. VVMC’s goal is to support the medical needs of a
rapidly expanding community whose population is expected to increase more
than three percent annually well into the 21st century.
Our facility provides services comparable to many metropolitan hospitals,
such as wide-bore MRI with 1.5 telsa magnet, 64-slice CT scan, nuclear
medicine, state-of-the-art non-invasive cardiology and digital subtraction
angiography. Surgical services include general surgery, obstetrics,
gynecology, urology, otolaryngology, orthopaedics, and peripheral vascular
disease. VVMC also is nationally recognized for its
progressive interventional cardiology program.
Accredited to sponsor continuing education for physicians, VVMC offers
quarterly CME programs. A wide range of medical specialties are represented
